Ganley to contest Lisbon 2 referendum

Despite his initial indications that he would not participate in Lisbon 2, Declan Ganley, Chair of Libertas has announced in the Wall Street Journal today that he intends on fighting Lisbon 2. Full Wall Street Article here The game just got more interesting!
